Background & Experience

Steve’s journey to the RV Park/Campground brokerage business is as laborious as it is diverse, ranging from restaurant and grocery store management to automotive shop owner. 

His experience in sales began in the late 70’s selling mobile homes in Phoenix, Arizona. After which, he followed his calling to attend Bible school and go into ministry, where he served as a pastor for the next 15 years.

In 1995, A hiatus from the ministry brought Steve, his wife and 3 sons, to Bend, Oregon where he reconnected with a friend and mentor from the mobile home selling days, who had since founded Campground Brokers, and Steve made the leap into the world of commercial real estate in the RV Park/Campground industry.

30 years later, Campground Brokers has expanded to a multi-broker operation that has facilitated the sale of hundreds of RV Parks, Campgrounds and Resorts throughout the United States.

Steve spends what little free time he has with his wife, children, and grandchildren. 

Although technically still on that hiatus from the ministry, in recent years, Steve has been fortunate enough to team up with old friends and travel abroad on mission trips to Kenya, China and Israel.
